Letters, emails, and phone calls have an enormous impact on elected officials. In one of our letter writing campaigns, the Secretary of the State (Susan Bysiewicz) called up the WRA secretary and said that she had gotten SIX ! emails from people about an issue. Those six emails were enough for her to get involved in an important issue for Westfield.
